The 21,000 square foot Toppenish retail space was purchased for $450K in March of 2012. The property was redeveloped and leased to Dollar Tree and O’Reilly Auto Parts. It then sold 12 months later in March of 2013 for $2.15M. Toppenish was the first Hogback development project.
