The 4 acres of undeveloped land was purchased in January of 2015 for $1.9M. Hogback developed the land and constructed three retail buildings totaling 36,000 square feet. These three buildings were leased to Harbor Freight Tools, Goodwill, MOD Pizza, and Chipotle Mexican Grill. The completed Phase 1 sold for $9.46M.

The 3.5 acres of undeveloped land was purchased in August of 2015 for $1.2M. Hogback developed and constructed two buildings; 4,000 square feet and 20,000 square feet, respectively. Tenants to date are 5 Guys Burgers, Dollar Tree, Kabob House, and Boot Barn. The final pad sold to Discount Tire in the fall of 2017 for $1.2M. Dollar Tree and Boot Bar sold in 2018 for $3.65M.
