The 1.74 acres of undeveloped land was purchased in the fall of 2015 for $500K. Hogback developed and constructed 16,909 square feet of retail space which was leased to Dollar Tree and O’Reilly Auto Parts. The property was sold in the winter of 2016 for $3.55M.
