REGIONAL HOSPITAL

Yakima Regional Hospital features 6 floors, plus basement, of built-out inpatient space formally used as a general acute care hospital. The former license provided for up to 214 beds, however alternative uses or configurations of the building may allow for a larger bed capacity. The hospital closed in 2019 and the license has since been terminated, however the existing improvements and underlying entitlements provide an attractive opportunity for a variety of alternative healthcare uses. It was built from 1963 to 2010 and was acquired by Hogback Healthcare Partners, LLC in 2020. The land size is 8.44 acres and the building itself is 289,988 sqft.
