Chris Waddle began his career in retail development after building his business as an independent commercial real estate broker starting in 2006.
Working for himself, he developed deep experience in acquisitions, leasing, tenant relationships, entitlements, and project management.
Today, Chris oversees each project from start to finish, helping ensure every development is positioned for success.

Benjy Stephens focuses his energy where it counts—on the job site and in the build. As co-owner of Hogback and owner of Stephens & Sons, a commercial general construction company, Benjy brings hands-on experience and high standards to every project. His leadership helps ensure quality workmanship, reliable timelines, and results clients can trust.

The Yakima Mile is a fast, community-centered race celebrating the classic one-mile distance in the heart of Yakima. Open to runners of all ages and abilities, the event brings together competitive racers, first-time runners, and spectators for a high-energy day focused on speed, fitness, and community.
