Chris Waddle started his career in retail development after working for himself as a commercial real estate broker since 2006.
Responsible for acquisitions, leasing, tenant relationships, entitlement, and project management, Chris ensures that every project is a success from start to finish.
DIRECTOR OF CONSTRUCTION &
Benjy Stephens focuses his energy where it counts: when it’s time to build. As co-owner of Hogback and owner of the commercial general construction company Stephens & Sons, Benjy is able to ensure quality projects that are done on time.
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Michelle brings over 15 years of marketing, vendor relations, client engagement, and retention experience with her to Hogback Development Company. Her business know-how, relationship-building skills, and software management abilities come to play in the diverse projects of Hogback Development Company.
Michelle increases awareness of the Hogback mission by creating and implementing systems to engage the community, local government, and media as partners in collaborating to positively impact our community.
Hogback Development Company’s Maintenance Department - believes that increasing the value of a property over time is directly correlated with the way in which it is maintained. Our skilled crew members are specialized in a wide range of commercial property maintenance services resulting in best-in-class property upkeep, and presentation.
